Account Security
- Connections to InterSpace are encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
- Passwords are stored using secure hashing, not in plain text.
- You can change your password at any time. See How to Change Your Email Address or Password.
- Use a strong, unique password and keep your email account secure, since it is the recovery point for your account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
To protect artists and prevent fraud, InterSpace verifies account holders through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before payouts. This helps ensure royalties reach the rightful owner and reduces impersonation. See Account Verification (KYC).
Payment and Payout Security
Payments and payouts are handled through secure, industry-standard providers. InterSpace does not expose your full payment details in your dashboard. Keep your payout information up to date and only enter it on official InterSpace pages. See Edit or update payment information.
Protecting Your Catalogue
- Your releases are registered with content-identification systems so unauthorised copies can be detected.
- Our Quality Control process screens uploads to help keep infringing and misleading content off your profile.
Stay Safe
InterSpace will never ask for your password by email or message. Be cautious of anyone claiming to offer guaranteed streams or asking for account access, and report anything suspicious through a support ticket.
