How to Upgrade Your Plan

  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Navigate to Account → Subscription
  3. Click Upgrade Plan
  4. Select your new plan (Artiste, Artiste Plus, or Label)
  5. Choose a billing cycle — monthly or annual (annual plans offer a discount)
  6. Complete payment via Paystack

Your upgrade takes effect immediately after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your new plan details.

What Changes When You Upgrade?

  • Your minimum release scheduling window changes to 5 days (from 16 on Free)
  • You unlock priority support response times
  • Additional plan-specific features are activated immediately

How to Downgrade

You can request a downgrade to a lower plan or the Free plan. Contact support at support@interspacemusic.com. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep all paid plan features until then.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to Account → Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Plan
  3. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, after which it reverts to the Free plan

Billing Questions

  • When am I charged? On the same date each month (or year for annual plans)
  • How do I get a receipt? Payment receipts are emailed automatically after each successful charge
  • What payment methods are accepted? Debit/credit cards via Paystack
Your existing releases and royalties are not affected by plan changes.
