Updating Your Profile

Keeping your profile up to date ensures your music is correctly attributed on streaming platforms and that you receive important account notifications.

How to Update Your Profile

1. Log into your dashboard
2. Click on your name or avatar in the top right corner
3. Select Account Settings or Profile

What You Can Update

Personal Information

• First and last name
• Profile photo
• Country
• Phone number

Artist Information

• Stage name / artist name
• Artist biography
• Genre

Email Address

To change your email address:

1. Go to Account Settings → Security
2. Click Change Email
3. Enter your new email and confirm with your password
4. Verify the new email address via the confirmation link sent to it

Password

1. Go to Account Settings → Security
2. Click Change Password
3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice
4. Click Save

Notification Preferences

Control which emails and notifications you receive:

1. Go to Account Settings → Notifications
2. Toggle on or off:
   • Release status updates (approval, rejection, live)
   • Royalty payment notifications
   • Support ticket updates
   • Platform announcements and product updates
