How to Change Your Email Address or Password

Changing Your Password

  1. Log in to your InterSpace account.
  2. Click your profile avatar in the top right corner and select Account Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Security section.
  4. Click Change Password.
  5. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Password requirements: minimum 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.

Changing Your Email Address

  1. Go to Account Settings → Profile.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to your email address.
  3. Enter your new email address.
  4. Click Send Verification Email — a confirmation link will be sent to the new email.
  5. Open the email and click the confirmation link.
  6. Your email address is updated immediately.

Important: If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam/junk folder. The email is sent from noreply@interspacemusic.com.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Go to the login page and click Forgot Password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. You will receive a password reset email within a few minutes.
  4. Click the reset link in the email — the link is valid for 24 hours.
  5. Enter your new password and confirm it.

If you no longer have access to the email on your account, please contact support with proof of identity to request a manual email update.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication on your account for added security:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
  3. Enter the code shown in the app to confirm setup.

With 2FA enabled, anyone who tries to log in to your account will also need access to your authenticator app, making it much harder for unauthorised access.
