Bio Links
A Bio Link is a single landing page that serves as your artist hub. Unlike a SmartLink (which is for one release), your Bio Link is always live and links to all your releases, social profiles, and anything else you want to share — perfect for your social media bio.
How to Create a Bio Link
- Go to SmartLinks → Bio Links in your dashboard
- Click Create Bio Link
- Add your Spotify artist profile URL
- Add links to:
- Your latest releases (SmartLinks)
- Social media profiles
- Your website
- Merch store
- Upcoming shows or events
- Customise the page design and colours
- Set your custom URL slug
- Click Publish
Fan Capture
Fan Capture is a feature built into SmartLinks and Bio Links that lets you collect email addresses or phone numbers from your fans. You own this data — it is stored in your InterSpace dashboard and can be exported at any time.
How Fan Capture Works
- Enable Fan Capture on your SmartLink or Bio Link
- Choose what to collect — email address, phone number, or both
- Optionally set a reward for fans who sign up (e.g., "Get access to the exclusive pre-release version")
- Fans who visit your link will see a prompt to enter their details
- Collected data is stored in your dashboard under SmartLinks → Fan Capture
Why Build a Fan Email List?
- You own your fan list — unlike social media followers, it cannot be taken away
- Email marketing delivers significantly higher engagement than social posts
- Use it to announce new music, tours, and merch directly to your most engaged fans
