My Release Is Stuck in Review

Our standard review time is 1–2 business days. If your release has been waiting longer than this, here is what to check.

Step 1 — Check for Weekends and Public Holidays

Our review team works on business days only. Releases submitted on Friday evenings, weekends, or during public holidays will be reviewed on the next working day. Count only business days when calculating how long your release has been pending.

Step 2 — Check Your Notification Inbox

In some cases, a release may have been rejected or flagged and the notification was missed. Check your email (including spam) and your dashboard notification bell for any messages from our team.

Step 3 — Check for Missing Information

Occasionally, a release may be held if information appears incomplete — such as a missing composer field or a blank track. Log into your dashboard and review the release details for any obvious gaps.

Step 4 — Contact Support

If your release has been in Pending or Under Review for more than 3 business days, contact our support team:

  • Email: support@interspacemusic.com
  • Help Desk: Submit a ticket at help.interspacemusic.com

Include your release title, release ID, and the date you submitted it.

ASAP releases are given processing priority. If you selected ASAP and paid the rush fee, your release should be reviewed within 24 hours on business days.
