  2. Select the category that best matches your issue.
  3. Fill in the ticket form — the more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve it.
  4. Attach any relevant screenshots or files.
  5. Submit and you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.
  6. Track your ticket at My Tickets.

Response time: Within 24–48 hours for standard plan users; within 12 hours for label-tier users.

Tips for Faster Support

When submitting a ticket, always include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Release name and ISRC/UPC if the issue is about a specific release
  • The platform name if the issue is specific to one DSP (e.g., "My release is missing on Spotify but is live on Apple Music")
  • Screenshots of any error messages
  • A clear description of what you expected to happen vs. what happened

What InterSpace Support Can Help With

  • Distribution and delivery questions
  • Royalty statement inquiries
  • Release corrections and takedowns
  • Account access and billing
  • Smart Link and Pre-Save issues
  • DJ Deck access and verification
  • Copyright claims and disputes

What InterSpace Cannot Help With

  • Spotify/Apple Music playlist decisions — we cannot guarantee or request editorial placements
  • Direct access to your DSP artist accounts — claim your own Spotify for Artists profile
  • Legal disputes between artists — you will need a music lawyer for ownership or contract disputes
  • Third-party service issues — problems with DistroKid, TuneCore, or another distributor are not within our scope
