I Have Not Received My Royalty Payment

Step 1 — Check the Payout Status

  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Go to Finance → Payout History
  3. Find your payout request and check its status
  • Pending: Still being processed — allow 1–3 more business days
  • Processing: Bank transfer initiated — allow 1–3 more business days
  • Paid: Sent successfully. If not in your account, check with your bank
  • Failed: The transfer failed — contact support immediately

Step 2 — Verify Your Bank Details

A failed payment is usually caused by incorrect bank account information. Check your saved payment details under Account → Payment Information. Common issues:

  • Account number entered incorrectly
  • Account name does not match your registered name
  • Wrong bank selected

Step 3 — Check the Minimum Threshold

Royalties appear in your dashboard as Pending until they are received from DSPs (which can take 2–3 months after streaming). Only Available Balance can be withdrawn, and it must meet the minimum threshold ($35.00).

Step 4 — Contact Support

If your payout shows as Paid but you have not received the funds after 5 business days, contact us at support@interspacemusic.com with:

  • Your payout reference number
  • Your bank account details
  • The expected payout amount
