My Music Is Not Showing on Spotify or Apple Music

My Music Is Not Showing on Spotify or Apple Music

If your release has been approved by InterSpace but you cannot find it on streaming platforms, use this guide to diagnose the issue.

Step 1 — Check the Release Status

Log into your dashboard and check the status of your release. It must show Live or Approved to be on DSPs. If it still shows Pending or Under Review, you will need to wait for the review to complete.

Step 2 — Allow Time for DSP Processing

Even after your release is approved, DSPs need time to process and index your music. Typical delivery times:

  • Spotify: 3–5 business days after approval
  • Apple Music / iTunes: 3–7 business days
  • Boomplay, Audiomack: 3–5 business days
  • YouTube Content ID: Up to 2 weeks

Step 3 — Search Correctly

On Spotify, search for your exact track name and artist name. Common issues:

  • Your track may be listed under a slightly different artist name — check for typos
  • Try searching just the track title without the artist name
  • On Apple Music, try searching in the correct country/region

Step 4 — Check Which DSPs Were Selected

In your release details, confirm that Spotify or Apple Music was included in your DSP selection. If a platform was not selected during the DSP step, your music was not sent there.

Step 5 — Contact Support

If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and your release is still not visible on a platform, contact our support team at support@interspacemusic.com with:

  • Your release title and release ID
  • The platform(s) where the release is missing
  • The date your release was approved
