Pricing at a Glance
Music video distribution is priced separately from audio distribution so you only pay for video when you actually release one.
- Single Video: $27 per video. One-time fee. The video stays live on connected platforms for as long as you keep your account in good standing.
- Unlimited Videos: $89 per year. Submit as many music videos as you want for one flat annual fee.
Which Option Should I Choose?
- Choose Single Video if you release videos occasionally (one or two per year).
- Choose Unlimited Videos if you release four or more videos per year, run a label with multiple artists, or plan to push lyric videos and visualisers alongside official music videos.
The break-even point is roughly four videos in a 12-month window: above that, the unlimited plan saves you money.
What Is Included
Both pricing options include:
- Distribution to all supported video platforms (YouTube and VEVO, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music)
- Quality control review by our delivery team
- Linking videos to the corresponding audio release for accurate reporting
- Royalty collection from video monetisation, paid out alongside your normal royalty cycle
What Is Not Included
- Production costs (filming, editing, colour grading)
- VEVO eligibility decisions, which are made by VEVO itself
- Re-submission fees if a video is rejected for failing the content policy and has to be re-edited
How to Pay
Video fees are charged at submission. The single-video fee ($27) is taken when you submit that specific video. The unlimited plan ($89 per year) is billed when you upgrade and renews automatically each year unless you cancel.
Refunds
Because video distribution requires manual quality control work as soon as it is submitted, video fees are non-refundable once a video has entered the review queue. If your video is rejected at QC, you can re-edit and resubmit at no extra charge for the same submission.
