Step 1: Check Your Email Address
Make sure you are using the correct email address. Try:
- The email you used to register (check old emails for a welcome message from InterSpace)
- Any alternative email addresses you may have
- Check if you logged in with a social account (Google, Apple, etc.) previously
Step 2: Reset Your Password
- Go to the Forgot Password page.
- Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox (including spam/junk) for the reset email.
- Click the reset link — it is valid for 24 hours.
- Set a new password and log in.
Step 3: Check for Account-Specific Issues
- Account suspended? — if you violated Terms of Service, you may receive an account suspension notice by email. Contact support if you believe this is in error.
- Subscription expired? — if your plan has lapsed, you can still log in but you may have restricted access. Update your payment details to restore full access.
- Too many login attempts? — after 5 failed attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait and try again, or use the password reset to bypass the lockout.
Step 4: Try a Different Browser or Device
- Clear your browser cookies and cache (Ctrl+Shift+Del on Windows, Cmd+Shift+Del on Mac)
- Try an incognito/private browsing window
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Try on a different device (phone vs. computer)
Step 5: Contact Support
If none of the above works, please submit a support ticket or use the AI chat on the homepage with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- The error message you are seeing (screenshot if possible)
- The device and browser you are using
Our support team will verify your identity and restore access manually if needed.
