How to Update a Release After Distribution

Updating a Live Release

Once your release is live on streaming platforms, some updates are possible while others are not. Here is a guide to what can be changed.

How to Request a Metadata Correction

  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Go to Support → Submit a Ticket
  3. Select the category "Release Correction"
  4. Include the release ID, the field to be corrected, the current value, and the correct value

Our team will process corrections within 2–3 business days and update DSPs on your behalf.

Note: DSPs may take up to 7 business days to reflect any metadata changes after we submit them.
