How to Find and Use Your Music on Instagram and Facebook

How Your Music Gets to Instagram and Facebook

InterSpace delivers your release to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so it becomes available in their music libraries. Once delivered, you and your fans can add your track to Reels, Stories, and posts through the in-app music sticker or audio picker.

How to Find Your Song

  1. Open Instagram or Facebook and start a new Reel or Story.
  2. Tap the Music sticker or audio tool.
  3. Search for your song title or artist name.
  4. Select your track and add it to your content.

You can also link your releases to your Instagram professional account so your music appears on your profile's music tab, subject to Meta's eligibility.

If Your Music Is Not Showing

  • Allow time. Meta delivery can lag behind streaming stores. See My Release Is Approved but Not Live Yet.
  • Personal vs professional catalogue. Some music is only available for personal, non-commercial use in the library. Business or ad accounts see a smaller catalogue.
  • Regional limits. Availability can vary by country.
  • Content matches. Uncleared samples can restrict a track from the library.

If your track is fully live everywhere else but still missing from Meta well after release, open a support ticket with your release details. Also see Why Isn't My Release on Snapchat, Facebook, or Instagram?
