Understanding the Balance / Finance Tab
The Finance section of your dashboard gives you a complete view of your streaming earnings, pending royalties, and payout history.
Key Sections
Available Balance
Your current withdrawable balance — royalties that have been received from DSPs and are ready to be paid out. This is the amount you can request in a payout right now.
Pending Royalties
Royalties that have been earned but not yet received from DSPs. DSPs typically report and pay royalties 2–3 months after the streaming period ends. Pending royalties are not yet available for withdrawal.
Total Earned (Lifetime)
The total amount of royalties ever collected through your InterSpace account across all releases and platforms.
Payout History
A record of every payout you have requested, including the amount, date, status, and reference number.
Royalty Breakdown
A breakdown of earnings by release, platform, and time period — so you can see exactly which songs and platforms are generating the most revenue.
Why Does My Balance Sometimes Go Down?
Occasionally, DSPs issue royalty adjustments or corrections for previous periods. If a DSP over-reported streams in a previous period, they may reduce the royalty payment in a subsequent report. These corrections are reflected in your dashboard.
