How to Request a Royalty Payout

When your balance meets or exceeds the minimum threshold, you can request a payout directly from your dashboard.

Step 1 — Check Your Balance

1. Log into your dashboard
2. Navigate to Finance → Royalties
3. Check that your Available Balance meets the minimum threshold (₦5,000 / $10.00)

Step 2 — Verify Your Payment Information

Before requesting a payout, make sure your payment details are up to date. Go to Account → Payment Information and verify:

• Bank account name matches your registered name
• Account number is correct
• Bank is selected correctly

Step 3 — Request Payout

1. In the Finance section, click Request Payout
2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (up to your full available balance)
3. Review the details and confirm

How Long Does Payout Take?

• Nigerian bank accounts: 1–3 business days
• International accounts: 3–7 business days

Payout Status

You can track your payout request in the Finance section under Payout History. Statuses include:

• Pending — request received, being processed
• Processing — payment is being transferred
• Paid — successfully deposited to your account
• Failed — contact support if a payout shows as failed

If your payout is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact support at support@interspacemusic.com with your payout reference number.
