Where to Find Your Analytics
Log in to your InterSpace dashboard and click Analytics in the left sidebar. You will see an overview of all activity across your Smart Links, Bio Links, and Pre-Save campaigns.
Overview Metrics
- Total Link Clicks — all clicks across all your links this period
- Unique Visitors — distinct users who visited any of your links
- Pre-Saves Collected — total pre-saves across all active campaigns
- Emails Collected — total fan emails captured across all links and campaigns
- Top Performing Release — your most-clicked Smart Link this period
Traffic Sources
Understanding where your traffic comes from helps you know which promotion channels work best:
- Direct — fans typed your URL directly or found it from a bookmarked/saved link
- Instagram — traffic from your Instagram bio or posts
- TikTok — traffic from TikTok profile or video links
- Twitter/X — traffic from Twitter posts
- YouTube — traffic from YouTube descriptions
- Google — organic search traffic (someone searched for you)
- Other / Unknown — apps or referrers that do not pass source information
Geographic Breakdown
The geography map shows you which countries your fans are in. This data is valuable for:
- Planning tours or live shows in high-density markets
- Targeting paid ads at your real audience locations
- Pitching to regional playlists and blogs
- Understanding which DSPs to focus on (e.g., Boomplay for Nigeria/Ghana, Spotify for Europe)
Device Breakdown
See whether your fans are on mobile or desktop. (Most music fans are on mobile — typically 85%+.) This affects how you should design your Bio Link and pre-save pages.
Time-Based Trends
Switch between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views to understand:
- Which days of the week your content performs best (most artists see peaks on Friday release day)
- How releases decay over time (the typical release spike and falloff curve)
- How promotional spikes (a viral TikTok, a playlist add) affect your link traffic
Exporting Your Data
Use the Export button to download analytics as a CSV. This is useful for sharing reports with your manager, label, or team, or for creating custom charts and presentations.
