How to Export and Use Your Fan Email List

Viewing Your Fan Emails

  1. Go to your dashboard and click Fans in the sidebar.
  2. You will see a list of all fan emails collected, along with:
    • Email address
    • First name (if provided)
    • Source (which Smart Link or Pre-Save campaign they came from)
    • Date collected
    • Country

Filtering Your Fan List

Use the filter options to segment your audience:

  • Filter by source campaign — e.g., fans from your "New Single Pre-Save" vs. fans from a Bio Link sign-up
  • Filter by date range — fans collected this month, last month, etc.
  • Filter by country — target a specific market

Exporting Your Fan List

  1. Apply any filters you need.
  2. Click Export CSV.
  3. Your browser will download a CSV file with all fan email data.

Importing Into an Email Marketing Platform

Once exported, import your fan list into an email marketing tool:

  • Mailchimp — free up to 500 contacts; powerful automation
  • ConvertKit (Kit) — built for creators; excellent for tag-based segmentation
  • Klaviyo — best for artists who also sell merch (deep e-commerce integration)
  • Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — free tier with unlimited contacts

What to Send Your Fan List

  • Release day announcement with direct streaming links
  • Exclusive early access to a new song before it goes everywhere
  • Behind-the-scenes content from the studio or video shoot
  • Tour date announcements with a ticket link
  • Merch drops with a direct product link
  • Next pre-save campaign launch — your existing fans are your best early adopters

Privacy and GDPR Compliance

InterSpace only stores emails where the fan explicitly opted in through your form. All data is stored securely. When you export and email your fan list, you are responsible for:

  • Honouring unsubscribe requests promptly
  • Not sharing the list with third parties
  • Complying with the email marketing laws of your country and your fans' countries

Most email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.) handle unsubscribes automatically when you use their tools.
