Office Visitation Policy

At InterSpace Distribution, we are committed to giving every artist and client the time and attention they deserve. To ensure smooth operations and a productive experience, all office visits are strictly by prior booking or scheduled appointment only.

Why Appointment-Only?

Our team members handle multiple artists and release pipelines simultaneously. Scheduling visits in advance allows us to:

  • Allocate dedicated time specifically for your meeting
  • Ensure the right team member is available for your query
  • Prepare any materials or information you may need
  • Provide a focused, unhurried session rather than a rushed walk-in

  • General onboarding for new artists

How to Book an Appointment

  1. Email support@interspacemusic.com with your name, contact number, and the purpose of your visit
  2. Or submit a ticket at help.interspacemusic.com under the category Office Visitation
  3. Our team will confirm a convenient date and time
  4. You will receive a confirmation with the office address and any preparation notes

Walk-In Visits

Walk-in visits without a prior appointment cannot be guaranteed an audience with the team. We strongly encourage booking in advance to avoid an unnecessary trip.

Our office operates Monday to Friday, 10AM – 5PM WAT. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
