Dashboard Overview
Your artist dashboard is the central hub for your whole InterSpace Distribution catalogue: releases, videos, earnings, payouts, and the tools that help you grow. This guide walks through every section so you always know where to go.
Finding your way around
Everything lives in the left sidebar, split into two groups. The top group is your day-to-day workspace (Dashboard, Releases, Videos, and so on). The lower Account group holds your profile, plan, team, and splits. Along the top bar you will find the notifications bell and your profile menu, where you can open your Profile or complete identity verification. On mobile, tap the menu icon to open the same sidebar.
Main Navigation
🏠 Dashboard
Your home screen. It surfaces your key numbers at a glance (total tracks, active releases, and your last royalty statement), a revenue trend chart, your top performing tracks, quick actions to start something new, and a feed of your recent activity and releases.
💿 Releases
View and manage every release you have submitted: singles, EPs, and albums. From here you can start a new release, follow its review and delivery status, filter by state, and open any release to see its tracks, artwork, and details. Draft and rejected releases can be edited and resubmitted.
🎬 Videos
Distribute music videos to YouTube, Vevo, TIDAL, Apple Music Video, and Amazon Prime Video. Upload your video, add its metadata, and track delivery the same way you do for audio releases.
🎤 Artists
Manage the artist profiles used on your releases. Add each performer and link their existing streaming profiles (such as Spotify and Apple Music) so new music is delivered to the correct, verified artist page instead of creating a duplicate.
💰 Royalties
Your earnings view. See real-time royalty totals broken down by platform, release, and territory, and open the statements behind each figure. This is where you understand what you have earned. To move money out, head to Wallet.
📊 Analytics
An earnings and streams overview built from your delivered royalty statements. Use it to spot trends over time, compare releases, and see which tracks and platforms are performing best.
📣 Campaigns
Plan the marketing around a release. Set up pre-save and smart links, organise playlist pitching, and coordinate your promotion so fans can find and save your music before and after release day.
👛 Wallet
Your money out. Check your available balance, add or update your bank details, and request a withdrawal. Payouts require completed identity verification (KYC), so if you have not verified yet, you will be prompted to do so here first.
🧰 Toolbox
A growing kit to pitch, promote, partner, and grow, all in one place. Depending on your plan it includes promotional tools, partner perks such as a YouTube Official Artist Channel, and other resources to build your career.
⚖️ Conflicts
The DMCA, Copyright and Conflict Center. If a release is flagged, disputed, or receives a copyright claim, you will find full transparency here on every claim and its resolution, plus the actions you can take to respond.
Account
👤 Profile
Manage your public and account details: display name, avatar, and social links, plus security settings like changing your password, enabling two-factor authentication, and your notification preferences.
⭐ Subscription
View your current plan, see what each tier includes, upgrade or renew, and manage billing. If your subscription has lapsed you will be reminded here and on the dashboard.
👥 Team Members
Invite people to help run your account and give each of them the right level of access. Useful for managers, labels, and collaborators who work alongside you.
🤝 My Splits
Splits where you are a recipient. When another artist or label adds you to a release as a collaborator, the percentage assigned to you shows up here so you can see what you are owed.
➗ Royalty Splits
Splits you create. Share the earnings from your releases with collaborators, producers, and co-writers by assigning each person a percentage, so everyone is paid automatically from your royalties.
Top Bar
🔔 Notifications
The bell in the top right collects updates on your account: release status changes, payout progress, required actions, and important announcements.
🪪 Identity Verification (KYC)
Opened from your profile menu. Verifying your identity unlocks payouts and keeps your account secure. It only takes a few minutes, and you only need to do it once.
Release Status Guide
On your Releases page, each release carries a colour-coded badge. Here is what each one means and what to do next.
| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not yet submitted. You can keep editing and submit when ready. |
| Under Review | Submitted and being checked by our team before delivery. No action needed from you. |
| Changes Requested | Something needs fixing. Open the release to see what to correct, then resubmit. |
| Live on DSP | Approved and delivered. Your music is live on the platforms you selected. |
| Taken Down | Removed from all platforms. Contact support if you did not expect this. |
You can also use the filter pills at the top of the Releases page (All, Live, Under Review, Rejected, Taken Down) to jump straight to the releases you want.
