How to Switch to a Label Account
- Log in to your dashboard and go to Account Settings.
- Under Account Type, click Upgrade to Label Account.
- Select the label plan that matches your roster size.
- Enter your label name — this will appear on all releases distributed under the label.
- Complete payment and your account will be upgraded immediately.
Adding Artists to Your Roster
- Go to Label → Artists → Add New Artist.
- Enter the artist name, primary genre, and contact email.
- Choose whether the artist has their own login credentials (recommended) or whether you manage their releases directly.
- If the artist has their own account, send them an invite — they can link their existing account to your label.
Managing Royalties Across Your Roster
Go to Royalties → By Artist to see:
- Earnings per artist
- Per-release breakdown for each artist
- Consolidated label total
You can configure royalty splits — set what percentage of each release's earnings is paid directly to the artist vs. retained by the label account.

Invite your team at Account Settings → Team Members. Role options include:
- Admin — full access
- Distribution Manager — can upload and manage releases but cannot access billing
- Royalties Viewer — read-only access to royalty reports
- Marketing — access to Smart Links, Bio Links, and analytics only
