How to Build and Customise Your Bio Link Page

Creating Your Bio Link

  1. Log in to your dashboard and go to Links → Bio Links.
  2. Click Create Bio Link.
  3. Enter your page title (usually your artist name) and choose a custom slug (e.g., interspacemusic.com/fm/bio/yourname).
  4. Upload a profile photo or use your existing artist avatar.
  5. Write a short bio description (1–2 sentences) that tells fans who you are.
  6. Click Save — your Bio Link is now live.

Adding Content Blocks

After creating your Bio Link, add content blocks to populate the page:

  • Music Release: Link to any of your Smart Links — your song/album landing page
  • Social Links: Add buttons for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, Spotify, and Apple Music
  • YouTube Video: Embed a music video that plays directly on your Bio Link page
  • Button: Any custom link with custom text (merch store, Patreon, etc.)
  • Text Block: A paragraph or announcement (new album announcement, tour update)
  • Email Sign-Up: A form to collect fan emails
  • Divider: Separate sections visually

Customising the Design

Go to Design Settings within your Bio Link editor to customise:

  • Background: Solid colour, gradient, or background image
  • Button style: Filled, outlined, rounded, or pill-shaped
  • Button colours: Match your artist branding
  • Font: Choose from several font families
  • Profile image: Round or square display
  • Theme: Light or dark mode base

Keeping Your Bio Link Updated

Your Bio Link URL never changes — so fans who bookmark it will always find your latest content. Make a habit of:

  • Adding your newest release Smart Link at the top of the page when a new song drops
  • Adding a Pre-Save block for upcoming releases (remove it after the release date)
  • Updating your text block with any announcements
  • Reordering blocks — drag them to prioritise the most important content
